Processing Time

Our goal is to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

If your order has shipped, but the tracking information hasn’t updated, please allow 10 business days before contacting us for a replacement.

Shipping Carrier

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

First-Class Parcel

Standard shipping on all orders get free USPS First-Class shipping. USPS First-Class typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive.

Priority Mail Express

All Priority Express shipping orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same business day.

APO Shipping

While we can ship to APO's, we cannot provide reliable tracking information via USPS. Often, these orders arrive within 2 weeks, but it could take as long as 6 weeks in some cases. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for our APO customers at this time.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside the continental United States at this time.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order before 11 A.M. (EST) Monday through Friday.

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is placed to the wrong destination or an address is entered incorrectly, that order is considered to have an Incorrect Address.

It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address when placing an order.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes before 11 A.M. (EST) to your order after you have placed it with us.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

Packages returned with failure of delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) will be refunded once received back to our facility. Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment.

Missing Items

All orders with a missing item(s) must be reported to customer support within 3 days of receiving the package.

Lost or Unreceived Packages

In the unlikely event, your package is lost or unreceived by the USPS. You'll need to file a claim as soon as possible.

Flipstik is NOT responsible for lost or unreceived packages.

Flipstik will NOT file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes made due to lost or unreceived packages are unacceptable.

Limited Liability Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using any Flipstik product ("Product"), you agree to abide by and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service disclosure ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Products.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 Liability Limit

Flipstik shall not be held liable for any damages to your personal property, including but not limited to phones and other electronic devices, while using our Products. In the event that your personal property sustains damage during the use of our Product, Flipstik's liability shall be limited to a maximum of 100% of the purchase price of the Flipstik Product that caused the damage.

2.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and understand that the use of electronic devices, including the application of Flipstik Products, involves inherent risks that may result in damage to your personal property. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of our Products and agree to hold Flipstik harmless for any resulting damages.

3. Waiver of Damages, Injury, and Liability

By purchasing any Flipstik Product, you hereby waive any and all rights to claims for damages, injury, or liability that may arise from the use of our Products. This waiver applies to both direct and indirect damages, and it encompasses damages to personal property, electronic devices, bodily injury, financial loss, and any other form of harm. You acknowledge that this waiver is a material inducement for Flipstik to provide you with its Products.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Flipstik, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of Flipstik Products or any breach of this Agreement.

5. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

Flipstik reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.

By purchasing and using Flipstik Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
